Although we love to hear from our members regarding our existing products and services, FriendFinder Networks Inc., including its affiliated entities (“FFN”) company policy does not allow us to accept or consider any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, comments or materials to us, including ideas for new or improved products, processes or technologies, product enhancements, advertising and marketing campaigns, promotions or new product names (“Submissions”). Please do not send any original materials, suggestions or other items. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when FFN’s products or marketing efforts might seem similar to ideas submitted to FFN. If, despite our request not to send us your ideas or materials, you still do, then regardless of what your communication states, the following terms noted below shall apply to your idea or other related submissions.
FFN Terms of Idea Submissions
If, as noted above, despite knowing our policy, you still choose to submit your ideas to FFN, then regardless of the contents of your communication, the following terms shall apply to your Submissions. Accordingly, you agree that:
- 1. FFN will consider the Submissions to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- 2. FFN has and shall have no obligations concerning the Submissions. This includes, without limitation, no obligation to review or return any materials or acknowledge receipt of any Submissions.
- 3. FFN may, without restriction, use, redistribute, or disclose the Submissions for any purpose and in any way, without any compensation to you or any third party.
