Paul Asher – Corporate Secretary
Mr. Asher serves as Corporate Secretary and General Manager, Publishing. Previously he served as Vice President, Operations in addition to his role as Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Asher served in various roles at Globix Corporation, a New York-based Internet hosting company. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Asher supervised enterprise-wide projects involving construction and facilities management, IT, legal and policies and procedures, as well as serving as the company’s Corporate Secretary.

Mr. Asher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
