Carmela Monti – Vice President, Human Resources
Carmela Monti has served as the head of Human Resources since joining the Company in 2004. She brings 15+ years experience in ever-changing organizations.

Skilled in areas of employee benefits, administration, employee relations and implementation of policies and procedures, Ms. Monti previously spent five years at Globix Corporation, first as Benefits Manager and then as Human Resources Director. Prior to that Ms. Monti spent fourteen years at IPC Information Systems Inc., a world leader in the delivery of integrated multimedia communication solutions to the financial trading industry, in various Office Services and Human Resources roles.

Ms. Monti has an Associates Degree in Psychology from Ashwood Online University and has taken accredited courses in Fundamental Employment Benefits, International Benefits and Effective Employee Relations.

Ms. Monti is also a Notary Public in the state of New York.
